How time flies... We at Oakam feel we have a lot to celebrate as our unique Bonus Loan product and excellent customer service has kept us providing accessible and affordable credit to you for the past five years.
During these five years, our belief in developing face-to-face relationships with you, our customers, has driven the opening of 15 stores across London plus our virtual store (which serves customers outside of London over the phone). In that time we have grown our staff base massively and we’re proud to say that 27 languages are now spoken across the business.
You may have noticed the new logo on the website. Following feedback from you, our customers, we have decided to mark our 5th Anniversary with the introduction of new branding. It is designed to provide you with a clear understanding of the stores products and services and it will be introduced store side over the next few months, so keep an eye out for it.
In case that wasn’t enough, this month we are also looking forward to servicing our 50,000th new loan customer who will win up to £5'000! Will it be you? Either way we’d like to take the opportunity to say “thank you” by inviting you to join in with the fun with us at one of our open days.
